The Challenge
Owners of a long, dark railway-style flat could not decide between three very different layout ideas.
Our Approach
We measured the existing structure, tested each idea against what the walls could actually carry, and modelled the two viable options in 3D with real material samples.
The Result
A signed-off layout, a complete finish board and a construction budget the owners trusted before a single wall came down.
