No. We work on homes only — renovations, additions, custom builds and turnkey residential projects. That focus is what lets us keep our standard of finish high.
It depends on scope and finishes, but we never leave you guessing. After a site visit you receive an itemized written quote with real numbers for demolition, structure, trades, materials and finishing.
A kitchen or bathroom is usually four to eight weeks. A full-home renovation or addition typically runs three to six months. You get a written schedule with milestone dates before we start.
Yes. We prepare and file the municipal permits your project needs and manage every inspection through to final sign-off.
Often yes. We phase the work, seal off active zones with dust barriers, protect floors and clean the site at the end of each day. For full gut renovations we will tell you honestly if moving out is the better call.
We stop, photograph it, explain the options and price them before doing anything. No work outside the signed scope proceeds without your written approval.
Yes. All of our workmanship is backed by our guarantee, and manufacturer documentation for materials and appliances is handed to you in a closing package with the keys.
