About Herrera Brothers
A general contractor you can count on, for homes and commercial spaces alike.
Creating Spaces You'll Love to Live In
We build and renovate residential and commercial spaces. Every project starts with a conversation about how you actually use your space, and ends with a space that works better than the one you imagined.
Customer-Focused
You speak directly with the people running your job. Questions get answered the same day, not routed through an office.
Quality Assurance
Every stage is inspected before the next one covers it. Nothing is closed up until we would be happy to live behind it.
Expertise and Dedication
Carpenters, tilers and finishers who have worked together for years, on homes just like yours.
Local Knowledge
Permits, municipal rules, winter schedules and century-old framing — we have handled all of it before.
Your Vision, Our Promise
We start by listening. Before a single price is quoted, we walk your home, measure what is there, and talk through what you want the finished space to feel like.
From there you get a written scope with real numbers, a realistic schedule, and a commitment that any change is agreed in writing before it costs you a dollar.
Local Expertise and Community Roots
No two buildings are the same. A downtown walk-up, a duplex, a suburban bungalow and a storefront each ask for a different approach to structure, insulation and moisture.
We live and work here, our suppliers are here, and most of our work comes from neighbours of clients we have already built for.
Licensed, Insured, Guaranteed
We hold an RBQ licence, we are APCHQ members, we carry full liability insurance, and our workmanship is backed by a written warranty. It is the paperwork behind the craftsmanship, and it protects you at every stage of the project.
