The Challenge
Two small bedrooms and a cramped bathroom on the top floor of a stone home, with no way to run new drainage on the existing path.
Our Approach
We removed the partition, rebuilt the floor structure to allow a new drain run inside the joist bays, and waterproofed the entire wet zone before tiling.
The Result
A full ensuite with a freestanding tub, curbless shower and heated stone floor, plus a walk-in closet where the old hallway dead-ended.
