The Challenge
A six-foot-two ceiling and a persistent damp smell made the lower floor unusable for a growing family.
Our Approach
We underpinned the foundation in sequenced sections, installed a new interior drain and sump, then insulated and sealed the slab and walls.
The Result
Eight feet of clear height, a dry and warm floor with a family room, guest bedroom and full bathroom.
