The Challenge
A waterfront lot with high water table, exposed wind loading and a family who wanted the whole rear wall in glass.
Our Approach
Engineered foundations with a raised slab, a structural steel frame at the rear elevation, and triple-glazed units rated for the exposure.
The Result
An open main floor facing the water, with a stone fireplace core and warm oak flooring throughout.
