The Challenge
Adding 420 square feet per floor behind a narrow home with rear-lane access only and a neighbour's wall a metre away.
Our Approach
Prefabricated wall panels were craned in over the roof in a single morning, cutting the open-envelope window down to days instead of weeks.
The Result
A rebuilt kitchen and a new primary bedroom above it, both opening onto a rear terrace over the extension footprint.
