The Challenge
A dated family bathroom that had to come out and go back in fast. It was the only full bathroom in the house, so every day the room sat out of service was a day the family felt.
Our Approach
We stripped the room back, corrected the substrate and waterproofed the wet zone, then laid an uncoupling membrane under the new tile so the floor would not telegraph cracks later. Every trade was sequenced back to back across one continuous week.
The Result
A completely rebuilt bathroom — new vanity, tub and shower, tiled floor and fresh finishes throughout — handed back in six working days.
